"Coach Charlie" Bodine has been a resident of Tampa since he was 2 years old.  He is a graduate of the University of South Florida. Charlie has been in the customer service business since 1990. Charlie was trained by the late Bern Laxer, famous restaurant owner of Bern's Steak House. As the youngest captain at Bern's, Charlie learned a lifetime's worth of how to take care of customers from all over the world.  He had the honor of providing world-class customer service to presidents, mayors, governors, celebrities, and most importantly, the local clients of the Tampa area. Having managed and trained staff for food, wine, and service for many years, Charlie wanted to work with clients in a different capacity... Real Estate!  Having grown up with a father in construction and painting, Charlie has seen many steps in the "home process". He started investing in real estate and the rest was history!  His level of customer service is unwavering. He fully takes care of his clients. Charlie has combined his skills to match what he considers the perfect job, being a professional realtor.

Charlie is active in his community of Tampa and Westchase. He has volunteered for many years, in many capacities, for the Hillsborough County School System. Serving as a "Teach-in" volunteer, "Career Day" volunteer, and "Junior Achievement Instructor" to name a few. In addition, Charlie has been a wrestling and football coach for many years. Currently, he volunteers for the Westchase Colts Football Organization. He is a member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a 501c3 not for profit organization supporting children with a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy.

Charlie is a proud son, husband, and father of two children. He lives in Westchase, and enjoys an active outdoor schedule. He enjoys physical fitness, coaching, and is a member of the Suncoast Cycling Club.  The tri-county area of Tampa is an amazing place and Charlie thinks of it all as his backyard.
